He is passionate about creating and aligning high functioning, world-class teams and building relationships that transform ideas and businesses into market leaders by focusing on three pillars: strategy, leadership and execution. 

As a strategic advisor, operating partner and board member, Marc’s current and recent engagements in healthcare include multiple early-stage drug development companies, retained by the founders and/or CEOs, to collaborate on the overall business strategy, drive investment and pursue strategic partnerships that will lead to successful execution and commercialization of the company’s technology for the benefit of patients, providers and investors. Marc also is an advisor to a public drug development company, representing the majority shareholder to work with management on business strategy, clinical strategy, budget, capitalization, market positioning and industry awareness. Additionally, Marc has been retained by the founder and lead investor of a provider of on-line, tele-health, sensory enrichment tools for autism and other developmental delays, to to work with the CEO to develop a strategic plan for business execution while also evaluating and pursuing the company’s strategic options.

Marc has been invited to speak and lecture on a variety of topics, including: strategy, effective communication, leadership, strategic partnerships and raising capital. He works with CEOs of early stage companies as a faculty member of the Merage Institute’s Leadership Program for Life Sciences Executives.
